SecureChange Users and User Roles
To enable users and user groups to administer SecureChange, submit requests, and handle tasks, they need to be configured in SecureChange. Each configured user or user group participates in one or more customizable user roles, which define parts of the SecureChange web interface available to participating users, and, for task handlers, specific task-handling permissions.
SecureChange is preconfigured with one administrator (username: admin, initial password: admin). When you login for the first time with this user, SecureChange prompts you to change the password. This administrator only has permissions to see the Settings tab. There you can create additional users and user roles.
