End of Sale Announcements

• July 2, 2023: Sales of T-800 and T-1200 appliances are discontinued.

  All appliances of this type under support will continue to be fully supported as per the Tufin Hardware Maintenance program.

End of Life Announcements

• Appliances T-510, T-1100 and T-1100 XL are being phased out and will reach EOL (end of life) in June 2025.

  Warranties that expire after June 2025 will remain in effect until their expiry date, but they cannot be extended. For continued performance, reliability and support we recommend upgrading to the latest Tufin appliances.

Appliance Support Policy

Gen 4 (T-1200/T-800)

Appliances include one year of Advanced Replacement Program service (Hardware Maintenance) in the purchase price. This can be extended for up to five years.

Gen 4.5 (T-1220/T-820)

Appliances include one year hardware support from Dell in the purchase price. This can be extended up to four years.
