Setting Designer to Suggest Creating Objects on Cisco ASA

Overview

By default, Designer adds network addresses and services inline in rules or groups. Using this configuration, you can configure Designer to suggest creating objects that can be used within rules and groups on Access Request and Server Clone workflows.

Configure the default section for new access in Panorama

  1. In the stconf file, navigate to <Designer_cisco_asa_create_objects>false</Designer_cisco_asa_create_objects>.

  2. Change false to true.

    <Designer_cisco_asa_create_objects>true</Designer_cisco_asa_create_objects>

  3. Click Submit New Conf.
