Changing an Application Connection

Overview

In order to make changes to connections, it may be easier to add server groups to the connections. In this way:

• You can change a list of group members without adding or removing the group object from the connections that use it.

• When you create a ticket, the ticket includes all firewall changes that need to be implemented as a result.

Change the list of members in a group

1. Select the group from the list of resources and click .

2. Add or Clear servers from the list.

   You can also click New Server to create a new server and add it to the group.

3. Click Save.

4. Click Create Ticket to submit a ticket to implement the changes.
