SecureTrack API Enhancements

Bulk Device Deletion API

The devices bulk API has been enhanced with a delete function. You can use this API to automate the removal of a management device and all its managed devices instead of deleting them one by one in SecureTrack. The result is the ability to automate your operations and achieve faster and more efficient network management.

Multiple AWS Accounts Management API

You can now use the bulk API feature to onboard multiple AWS accounts and edit them by importing additional entries such as VPCs and transit gateways. This avoids the need to add/import them one by one in SecureTrack and allows integration with cloud operations.

Object IDs in USP Rule Exceptions API

USP traffic exceptions can now be defined with network objects, such as groups, and network groups as source/destination. This must be done using the API (or GraphQL) and cannot be done in the UI. You can specify IP addresses, network objects, or a combination of both. Network objects will appear on the exceptions page as objects and not as individual IPs.

SecureChange API Enhancements

Designer Redesign API

A new API allows you to automate a redesign action in Designer, which is especially useful when a new revision has arrived and makes the designer suggestion obsolete. This can save time and shorten business SLAs for processing network changes.

Selective Devices Update API

It is now possible to schedule, trigger, or retry the provisioning process programmatically per device in the ticket, automating the provisioning step for all SecureChange workflows. This can increase efficiency and reduce the risk of human error.

Ticket Creation API for Multiple Devices/Policies

You can now use API POST to create tickets with rules from multiple devices or policies in Rule Modification, Rule Decommission, or Rule Recertification workflows.

Trigger Commit Now in SecureChange Ticket

You can now use an API to run Commit Now for a specific device in a SecureChange ticket. Script writers can use this API to automate retries of Commit Now, or to implement customized change windows for a given device.

Submit Ticket API Supports Multiple Devices

It is now possible to schedule, trigger, or retry the provisioning process programmatically per device in the ticket, automating the provisioning step for all SecureChange workflows. This can increase efficiency and reduce the risk of human error.
