If the new tab does not display the relevant ticket, you will need to refresh the browser window to see the ticket. This issue occurs with the Rule Modification, Rule Decommission, and Rule Recertification workflows. |

Resolved an issue on the Tickets page, in which clicking to sort by “Open Date” could not be undone. Usually clicking on this option once will sort the tickets and clicking on it a second time will revert the ticket list to its previous sequence. (SR121600) |
