The tgz archive file downloaded from the download center contains two files - the image and a sha256 checksum file. The checksum file name is identical to the image file but has additional suffix of .sha256.
Integrity checks are performed on the server, after extracting the files from the archive, by running the sha256 command on the checksum file.

Usage: Update from TufinOS 4.40 or later on any platform

File name: TufinOS-4.70-1118235-x86_64-8.10-Final-Update.run

Usage: Upgrade from TufinOS 3.x on Tufin appliance only

File name: TufinOS-4.70-1118235-x86_64-8.10-Final.usb.img

Usage: Clean install or upgrade from TufinOS 3.x on VMware platform only

File name: TufinOS-4.70-1118235-x86_64-8.10-Final.iso

You can upgrade from TufinOS 3 and update from TufinOS 4.40.
