License Management Page (Solution Tiers)

Overview

The License Management page displays your solution tier and the details of the license you purchased. This page is only available to administrator and super administrator users. All notifications and warnings that relate to licenses are displayed on this page. For example, when your license is about to expire or if a usage report has not been submitted in a long time.

In order to use Tufin Orchestration Suite, you need to install a valid license on this page. Therefore, after installing TOS this will be the only page that can be accessed until you install a license. This is also the case if an invalid or expired license is installed in TOS.

The page is divided into three sections:

  • Solution Tier

  • License Details: Information on the installed license, including when it expires. Here you can also upload new license files to TOS Aurora.

  • License Usage: Here you can enable/disable automatic usage reports, download an encrypted usage report which Tufin may require for audit purposes, and view the last date in which a report was sent.

What Can I Do Here?

  • Upload license file.

  • Enable/disable automatic usage reports. For more information, see Site Usage Monitoring.

  • Change the site name - Click the Edit () button. We recommend changing the name to something meaningful. By default, the site name is an ID generated by TOS.

How Do I Get Here?

From the menu, go to Admin > Licenses.
