Applying a Label to an Access Request

You can make an Access Request in an open ticket easily importable from other tickets by applying a predefined label.

Labels can only be applied to closed tickets.

Applying Labels to an Access Request

  1. In an Access Request field, click Labels:

  2. With Add/Remove labels selected, click one or more desired labels to select them:

    You can click Manage Labels to create or delete labels.

  3. Close the window or click remove condition.
