Finding Change Report by Ticket ID

Overview

If you configured SecureTrack to integrate with a change ticketing system, you can enter a known ticket ID and see the revisions that are associated with the ticket, even if you don't know date or the target device of the change.

See the Revisions that are Associated with a Ticket ID

  1. Log into SecureTrack as an Administrator.

  2. In the address bar of your browser, add /tools to the SecureTrack base URL.

    For example: https://192.168.1.1/tools

  3. Click Get Change Report by Ticket ID.

    The tool appears:

    get change report by ticket

  4. Type the ticket ID#, and click Run.

    The revision details appear:

    revision by ticket ID

  5. To view the changes that were made in this revision, click View Report. SecureTrack compares the revision with the previous revision for that device and displays a report.

    If the previous revision is of a different Check Point policy package, the report may not be meaningful.
