Defining Connections Between Domains

Overview

When using Interconnected Domains, you can create connections between one domain to an application interface of another domain.

Define a Connection Between Domains

1. From the application, click to add a new connection for the application.
2. For Type, select Connection to Application.

   

3. Enter a Name for the new connection. You can also add a Comment to describe the connection.
4. For the Interface, click Browse and select the interface from another domain.

   

5. Click Save.

   The connection is created with the service and server defined in the other domain. The server is either in the Source or Destination, depending on how the interface was configured.

   

6. Drag and drop from the Resources panel to the Add servers box in the new Connection.
7. Click Create Ticket.
