External Provider Integration
Overview
It is possible to connect SecureChange to an external network resource provider.
An External Network Resource Provider is a web service from which it is possible to import external resources and elements to Access Request source or destination fields. Once they are included in the ticket, it is possible to use them as part of the ticket and take advantage of ticketing, automation, and orchestration capabilities of SecureChange workflow.
External network resources could be for example tags or labels from other products on the environment, which are not part of TOS, or network objects from other repositories which are not firewalls. All these type of elements could be integrated into an Access Request workflow ticket.
For further information about the APIs that need to be implemented by the web service contact your sales engineer.
