Software License Expiration and Renewal

The expiration date of your Tufin license appears both in the Tufin Portal and in the TOS Licenses page. Your SecureTrack administrator will also receive an email shortly before your license expires.

To renew your subscription, contact your Tufin Sales Representative. After you renew, they will generate a new license file which you can download from the Tufin Portal and upload it to TOS.

Maintenance and Support

If you purchased the SecureTrack+ and SecureChange+ tiers, you are entitled to standard support.

If you purchased the Enterprise tier, you are automatically entitled to premium 24/7 follow-the-sun support.
