License Expiration, Renewal, and Maintenance

Software license expiration and renewal

The expiration date of your Tufin license appears both in the Tufin Portal and in the TOS Licenses page. Your SecureTrack administrator will also receive an email shortly before your license expires.

To renew your subscription, contact your Tufin Sales Representative or channel partner. After you renew, they will generate a new license file which will be sent to you by email. Upload it to TOS.

After the license expires, all TOS functionality will be restricted, except access to the Licenses page, from which you can upload a new license file.

Maintenance and support

If you purchased the SecureTrack+ and SecureChange+ tiers, you are entitled to standard support.

If you purchased the Enterprise tier, you are automatically entitled to premium 24/7 follow-the-sun support.
