Changing Naming Convention of Cisco ASA Group Names Created by Designer

Overview

To prevent unnecessary ticket dependencies, Designer creates new groups on Cisco ASA devices using the timestamp as the suffix of the group name.

For example:

• NetworkGroup_1657713531

Change Back to the Previous Naming Convention

1. Navigate to:

   https://<SecureTrack_IP>/securetrack/admin/stcgitest.htm

2. Navigate to Edit StConf > Fetch StConf.

3. Set the Designer_ASA_Index_Group_Name flag as True.
