You can analyze the distribution and status of the subnets in your network in the dashboard. The dashboard provides you with the context and visibility, allowing you to view the total numbers of configured IPAMs, SecureTrack zones and subnets, as well as the distribution of subnets per zone and IPAM. In addition, you can view time-based trends in IPAM to zone subnet mapping. This information provides you with a comprehensive holistic view of your network, allowing you to gain valuable insights on your KPIs as well as analyze the overall status of your network.

The dashboard is located in the Home menu.

The dashboard is divided into the following sections (as seen in the image above):

  1. Overall numbers: The numbers in this section provide the current numbers of the IPAMs, Subnets and SecureTrack zones retrieved by the app.
    • IPAMs configured: Total amount of IPAMs configured in the Settings menu.
    • SecureTrack zones: Total number of SecureTrack zones.
    • Subnets retrieved from IPAMs: Total number of subnets retrieved from the configured IPAMs.
    • Empty SecureTrack zones: Total amount of empty SecureTrack zones without subnets.
  2. Distribution The charts in these sections display the distribution of subnets per zone and IPAM.
    • Duplicate subnets: Total amount of subnets that are part of more than one SecureTrack zone.
    • Shadowed subnets: Total amount of subnets included in a larger subnet.
    • IPAM subnets by SecureTrack zone: Distribution of subnets between SecureTrack zones.
    • Subnets by Source: Distribution of subnets between IPAMs.
  3. Trends in IPAM Subnet to Zone Mapping: This chart displays time-based trends in the mapping of IPAM subnets to SecureTrack zones, which can help you analyze the broader changes to your network, and identify effective utilization and reliance on the IPAM solutions.
