Tracking Certification Tickets
Overview
After the Rule Lifecycle Management App (RLM) opens a rule recertification, rule decommission, or rule modification ticket in SecureChange, an App Administrator can track the progress of the ticket in the Tickets () menu.
What Can I See?
For each ticket, you see the following information:

Ticket ID: ID of the ticket in SecureChange.

Subject: Description of the ticket.

Action: Certify or Decertify.

Progress: Status for the ticket. Options include:

In Progress (): Ticket is active in SecureChange.

Failed (): See the Notifications () for details.

Closed (): Ticket was closed successfully in SecureChange.

Rejected (): SecureChange rejected the ticket because no automation for provisioning and committing changes was defined in the rule.

Rules: Number of rules associated with the ticket.

Date Opened: Date on which the ticket was opened.
What Can I Do?
In this page, you can do the following:
- Search: Use the Search bar to search and filter tickets. You use free text to search the fields. For example, you can type 762 to retrieve the ticket with that ID.

View in SecureChange: Click a link in the Ticket ID column to open the ticket in SecureChange.

View progress: Hover over an icon in the Progress column to see the progress status for the ticket.

Delete a ticket: For Failed tickets, click the checkbox and select Delete Tickets from the Action () list.
