Report Repository Tab

The Report Repository tab displays the report outputs from the generated reports. Each time STRE runs a report, the report output is added as a new row in this tab, allowing you to view when the report output was generated, the report template that was selected, and the user who created or most recently edited the report.

In this tab, you can:

Search for specific report outputs using the Search field in the title bar. You can find reports according to the information in any of the table columns (see below)
View report outputs in your browser
Download report outputs as CSV or PDF files
Delete report outputs

The Report Repository tab contains the following columns:

Column	Description
ID	Automatically generated ID number for each generated report in the Report Repository tab. The ID in Saved Reports is not the same as the ID in the Report Repository.
Name	Report title
Type	The report template: Business Ownership Changes Device Audit Policy Analysis Rule and Object Changes Security Best Practices Security Violations Shadowed Rules Unified Security Compliance
Time	The time the report output was generated
Username	The user who created/last edited the report
Status	The status of the report output being generated: Running Done Error
Action	This column enables you to perform the following actions: - View the report output in your browser The report output is displayed in the Report page which also includes the following information: Report ID Report time Domain Depending on the report, you can also see: Additional report-specific data Report summaries Tables, charts, or graphs - Download the report output as a CSV file - Delete the report output

How to download/save a report output

In the Action column, click the button to save the report as a CSV file
In a Report page title bar (accessed by clicking the button), use the Exports menu to save the report data as a PDF or CSV file.
