Access Request Reports

Vulnerability-based Change Automation App (VCA) includes an Access Request report that provides you with greater context of the vulnerability results returned from the third-party vulnerability mitigation tool. The report is generated each time the Access Request Workflow reaches an automatic Risk Analysis step report, and it can be downloaded from the workflow, in the Risk Analysis tab of the Access Request field. The report is also available in the Reports () menu.

The reports list a summary of all vulnerabilities detected in the ticket by the third-party vulnerability management tool, and detailed information on each unique vulnerability that was detected in each access request on the ticket, such as: vulnerability score, service, severity and asset count.

The reports can be downloaded as sharable HTML files. Clicking on the link in the Ticket ID column will open in SecureChange the ticket for which the report was generated.
