Applying a Label to an Access Request
You can make an Access Request in an open ticket easily importable from other tickets by applying a predefined label.
Labels can only be applied to closed tickets.

In an Access Request field, click Labels:

With Add/Remove labels selected, click one or more desired labels to select them:
You can click Manage Labels to create or delete labels.
