Primary VIP Address

The primary VIP (virtual IP) or 'external IP' is the IP address used to access TOS by users via the browser. For on-premise deployments, it is set initially in the installation command and can be changed after installation at any time. For cloud deployments, it is configured in your cloud load balancer.

In addition to the primary VIP, a syslog VIP should be added for every node added to the cluster. After making changes, TOS must be restarted for the changes to take effect.
