Saved Reports Tab

The Saved Reports tab displays the saved and scheduled reports in STRE. Each time you create a report, a new row is added to this tab, allowing you to view the report settings and edit/reuse them as necessary.

In this tab, you can:

  • View report settings
  • Manually run reports on an ad-hoc basis
  • Edit reports to change their settings
  • Delete reports

The Saved Reports tab contains the following columns:

ID

Automatically generated ID number for each saved or scheduled report

The ID in Saved Reports is not the same as the ID in the Report Repository.

Name

Report title

Type

The report template:

  • Business Ownership Changes
  • Policy Analysis
  • Rule and Object Changes
  • Security Best Practices
  • Security Violations
  • Shadowed Rules
  • Unified Security Compliance

Time

Recurrence for a scheduled report

Username

User who created/last edited the report

Status

Status of the report: 

  • - Saved
  • - Scheduled

Action

  • - View report settings
  • - Run report. The report output from the generated report is displayed in the Report Repository tab.
  • - Edit report settings. You cannot remove recurrence from a scheduled report.
  • - Delete report
