Prerequisites

Before you can get started with Workflow Integrator (WI), you need the following:

• Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox internet browsers.

• Click here for Tufin Orchestration Suite version compatibility. The hardware and software requirements of WI are identical to those of the TOS version that is installed.

• In SecureChange, add the permission View Workflows tab and configure workflows for every WI user.

• In SecureChange, create a user with the permission Create and handle tickets on behalf of another user (via API only). This is the user with admin permissions for SecureChange API calls, for example to open and retrieve tickets. Log into SecureChange with that user.

• Obtain from the Marketplace:

  • The latest installer file

WI prerequisites are separate from the prerequisites required to integrate a SecureChange workflow with an ITSM system.
