Overview

SecureCloud contains a number of built-in reports that can be sent automatically by email to keep you constantly updated of any security changes and risks in your public cloud environment. You can select the reports to deliver, the subscribers that will receive them and additionally set up notifications of public cloudpolicy violations

What Can I Do Here?

Select the Reports to be Sent

Mark one or more of the reports to be sent automatically to the selected subscribers. The reports are:

Security Posture

A weekly email report for public cloud security posture that includes the most important categories of information from the Dashboard. Once selected, this report will be sent every Tuesday at the time of day and to the subscribers you specify.

New Account Assessment Report

A one-time report sent 24 hours after a new public cloud account is added.

Public Cloud Policy Violations

A daily report sent 7 days a week containing new policy violations in your assets at the time of day and to the subscribers you specify.

Specify Scheduling Details

Select the time to send and the subscribers to which the reports will be sent. The same setting applies to all the selected reports. The subscribers can only be selected from existing users of the current SecureCloud Account, or from members of an identity provider group that have logged into SecureCloud at least one time.

To specify the time the report should be sent, click and select the preferred time.

To add users to the list of subscribers, click Add Subscriber and select the user from the list.

To remove a subscriber, hover over the user and click .

Set Up Notifications

Set Up Notifications of Public CloudPolicy Violations.

You can receive a notification to a social network every time a public cloud policy violation is detected.

  1. Enable / disable notifications using the checkbox. SecureCloud remembers the URLs you have entered below, even when disabled.

  2. If you want to notify via Slack, enter the Slack webhook URL of an individual or group to receive notifications - see Slack documentation.

  3. If you want to notify via Microsoft Teams, enter the connector URL of an individual or team to receive notifications - see Microsoft documentation.
