Assigning Change Requests
This topic is intended for SecureChange handlers who are responsible for processing change requests. |
SecureChange users, who are associated with Roles that have the View and perform tasks permission, can access the Tickets tab, where, depending on their permissions and workflow configurations, they can:
- Search the request ticket database (for management purposes or to locate a specific ticket)
- Assign Tasks
- Handle Tasks
- Send another user an information request
- Re-assign Tasks
- Return Tasks to be redone
- Reject a Ticket
