Installing, Upgrading, and Uninstalling

Before installing and starting to work with Workflow Integrator (WI), check the prerequisites for the app.

After you install the app, you will need to install a license. For more information, see Managing the App License.

Install the App

  1. Log in via SSH to the SecureChange server.
  2. Copy the installer file to any directory on the server.
  3. Go to the root directory and run the installer file:
  4. For CentOS 6, RHEL 6, or TufinOS 2.x (TOS 19-2 to 20-1):

    # sh setup_WorkflowIntegrator_app-vX.Y.Z.el6.run

For CentOS 7, RHEL 7, or TufinOS 3.x (TOS 20-2 and above):

    # sh setup_WorkflowIntegrator_app-vX.Y.Z.el7.run

Upgrade the App

To upgrade Workflow Integrator, install the latest version on the server where the older version is installed. There is no need to uninstall your existing version first.

Upgrade Tufin Orchestration Suite

If you are also upgrading Tufin Orchestration Suite (TOS), upgrade TOS and then upgrade Workflow Integrator. See Marketplace App Lifecycle to verify that your app version will run with your TOS version.

Uninstall the App

Uninstalling WI is a simple process – running a command in the SecureChange server. This stops the service and removes the app files from the database.

However, the report data and app settings are still retained for future use.

If you want to remove this information, contact a Tufin Representative for support.

  1. Log in via SSH to the SecureChange server.
  2. Go to the root directory and run the following command:
  3. # sh setup_Workflow Integrator_app-vX.Y.Z.run --uninstall
