Workflow Configuration Requirements

Overview

Permitted users can use TufinMate to send Access Requests to SecureChange. To enable this feature, the TufinMate admin must configure a SecureChange workflow that will handle these requests.

This article describes the required features of the TufinMate workflow.

Required Workflow Configurations

TufinMate requires a SecureChange Access Request workflow that meets the following criteria:

• Step 1 must contain the Access Request field.
• The Access Request field must be configured so Target in access request is selected and the source and destination can contain any, as shown here:

  

• The Assignments tab for the first step must allow Any Participant, as shown here:

  

Additional Recommendations

If you are using a USP, we recommend adding an automatic Risk Analysis in the step immediately following the step containing the AR. This helps ensure the proposed firewall rule change is compliant.

• After the Risk Analysis Step, configure an Auto Suggest Target step.

  

  This step enables all relevant device info to be added to the ticket.
