View Report Output

Overview

The Repo () menu displays the report outputs from the generated reports. Each time SecureTrack Reporting Essentials (STRE) runs a report, the report output appears as a new row in this page, allowing you to view when the report output was generated, the type of report that was selected, and the user who created or most recently edited the report.

What Can I do Here?

In this page, you can:

• View a report: Click a link to view the report output in your browser.
• Delete report outputs: Select the check box for one or more reports and select Delete from the Actions list ().
• Search for reports: Search for specific report outputs using the Search field in the title bar. You can find reports according to the information in any of the table columns:

  Column	Description
  ID	Automatically generated ID number for each report in the Repo menu. The ID in Saved Reports is not the same as the ID in the Repo.
  Name	Report title.
  Type	Report type.
  Time	The time the report output was generated.
  Username	The user who created/last edited the report.
  Status	The status of the report output being generated. Hover over the Status icon to view the status. Running Done Error
